Haunted Places, Hospitals, Houses
Haunted Places are very popular attractions around Halloween time. Many people attend haunted houses, forests, mansions, graveyards, hospitals, and mazes around the holidays. Most of these haunted places turn into a ghost town during the rest of the year but around October they become crawling with creepy ghouls, ghosts, goblins, chain saws, Frankensteins, squishy brains and much more.
Some of the best of these I have heard about could be:
Haunted hospital — a hospital that is an old run down hospital that has been left for many years. Still has that awful hospital stench in its old way. Many people surely must have died here years ago and you know that if there are ghosts in the afterlife with unfinished business they would still be close by.
Haunted forest — a forest that you are taken to by a hay ride and dropped off with as many creepy things as there are trees. Scary creatures jump out of every bush and behind every tree or so it seems they could. Don’t go on a full moon because the excitement may double.
Haunted Mill — an old run down mill where legend says an old farmer hung his dead animals and shot at people trying to steal from him. They say he went crazy and killed a man trying to talk to him and then killed himself and all his animals. This mill has a creak in the floor and stairs that would make anyone wonder what may happen next. Don’t forget to check the shadows because something looks for you.
These haunted places are some of the best I have been to in the western states. Let me know if you have a story or haunted place you like to go to around Halloween.
